The ISO-FUSION Technology® (IFT) manufacturing process ensures that all products are homogeneous combinations of all active ingredients in each individual micro particle, in equal and constant proportions from one particle to the next, thereby overcoming loss of efficacy associated with heterogeneous feed additives.
.> Focus on micro encapsulation
Some ingredients such as plant extracts are damaged during the feed production process due to physical stresses such as pressure, temperature, mixing or granulation. To overcome this problem, Pancosma developed a new micro-encapsulation process for plant extracts products. These are encapsulated as micro-sized spherical particles with the specified combination of active ingredients protected in a digestible matrix, guaranteeing controlled release.
