Pancosma is a global leader in the development and supply of science
based innovative animal nutrition products. The company has over 60 years experience
working with the animal feed industry and during this time has established leading
brands of Flavour and Sweetening Palatants, Organic Trace Minerals and Plant Extract
based feed additives.
An ambitious Research and Development programme together with a substantial new
investment in production technology will lead to the introduction of a series
of new products as part of a five year strategic growth plan. To support this
increased business activity we seek to appoint a Technical Service Manager to
work in the Marketing Division and reporting directly to the Marketing Director.
Tasks
Provide advice and technical support to the Product Managers and the company
and distributors sales teams.
Construct technical dossiers, product presentations and training programmes
Provide assistance in trial design, analyses and interpretation
Writing technical documentation and press articles
Building relationships with paper and electronic media outlets
Participate in the interface with Research and Development to identify product
opportunities that best fit customer needs and company goals
Technical sales support (product argumentation, cost saving opportunities,
etc.) and assist in customer business development
Participation in internal and external technical and product promotion seminars
Administer internal technical bibliographies
Be coherent with European and International Feed Ingredient legislation
Profile
Minimum of three years experience in the animal feed industry
Possess a degree qualification in animal nutrition or associated subject
Fluent in English with good communication skills, oral and written
Some experience in developing marketing concepts and applications
Ability to work in cross-over teams including Research and Development and
Regulatory Affairs
Willingness to travel on an international basis
