{"id":21108,"date":"2022-05-09T09:04:41","date_gmt":"2022-05-09T07:04:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pancosma.com\/?p=21108"},"modified":"2022-06-13T20:42:24","modified_gmt":"2022-06-13T18:42:24","slug":"animal-production-science-prova-do-modo-de-acao-do-anco-fit-poultry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pancosma.com\/pt-br\/animal-production-science-prova-do-modo-de-acao-do-anco-fit-poultry\/","title":{"rendered":"Prova do modo de a\u00e7\u00e3o do Anco FIT Poultry"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A revista Animal Production Science publicou um artigo cient\u00edfico com pesquisas envolvendo a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o do Anco FIT Poultry em frangos de corte e seus efeitos em n\u00edvel celular, express\u00e3o g\u00eanica e digestibilidade.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.publish.csiro.au\/AN\/AN18700\">para artigo cient\u00edfico completo publicado em Animal Production Science<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Resumo<\/h3>\n<p>Efeitos do n\u00edvel de inclus\u00e3o de um fitog\u00eanico no rendimento de carca\u00e7a de frangos, capacidade antioxidante da carne, disponibilidade de energia na dieta e express\u00e3o de genes intestinais relevantes para absor\u00e7\u00e3o de nutrientes e crescimento celular \u2013 fun\u00e7\u00f5es metab\u00f3licas de s\u00edntese proteica.<\/p>\n<h3>Contexto<\/h3>\n<p>Atualmente, as aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de fitog\u00e9nicos na nutri\u00e7\u00e3o animal atraem a aten\u00e7\u00e3o cient\u00edfica mundial por seu potencial de contribuir positivamente para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o animal sustent\u00e1vel e de alta qualidade, sendo ainda necess\u00e1rio maior compreens\u00e3o e fundamenta\u00e7\u00e3o das fun\u00e7\u00f5es destes componentes.<\/p>\n<h3>Objetivos<\/h3>\n<p>O n\u00edvel de inclus\u00e3o de um premix Fitog\u00eanico (PF) compreendendo subst\u00e2ncias aromatizantes funcionais de gengibre, erva-cidreira, or\u00e9gano e tomilho foi estudado por seus efeitos no desempenho do crescimento de frangos, caracter\u00edsticas da carca\u00e7a, digestibilidade de nutrientes, capacidade antioxidante total do f\u00edgado e da carne (TAC) e oxida\u00e7\u00e3o lip\u00eddica. A express\u00e3o de genes para prote\u00ednas transportadoras de nutrientes (SGLT1, GLUT2, PEPT1, BOAT e LAT1), para FABP2 envolvidos na capta\u00e7\u00e3o e metabolismo de \u00e1cidos graxos celulares, e para o complexo mTORC1 relevante para a s\u00edntese de prote\u00ednas foram analisados ao longo do intestino.<\/p>\n<h3>M\u00e9todos:<\/h3>\n<p>Frangos de corte Cobb com um dia de idade (n = 500) foram divididos em quatro tratamentos com cinco repeti\u00e7\u00f5es de 25 frangos cada. As dietas basais, inicial (1 a 10 dias), crescimento (11 a 22 dias) e final (23 a 42 dias) foram suplementadas com quatro n\u00edveis de inclus\u00e3o de PF como tratamentos: dieta 0, 750, 1000 e 2000 mg \/ kg, denominadas Controle, PF 750, PF 1000, PF 2000. Alimentos e \u00e1gua estavam dispon\u00edveis ad libitum. Os dados foram analisados por ANOVA, tomando o tratamento como efeito fixo. Os efeitos estatisticamente significativos (P \u2264 0,05) foram posteriormente analisados e as m\u00e9dias comparadas usando o teste HSD de Tukey. Os contrastes polinomiais testaram o efeito linear e quadr\u00e1tico dos n\u00edveis de inclus\u00e3o do PF.<\/p>\n<h3>Principais resultados<\/h3>\n<p>As respostas de desempenho de crescimento n\u00e3o foram melhoradas significativamente (P&gt; 0,05) pelo n\u00edvel de inclus\u00e3o de PF. No entanto, a carca\u00e7a (P = 0,030) e o rendimento de carne de peito (P = 0,023) foram maiores no PF 1000 do que no controle. Al\u00e9m disso, o PF 1000 apresentou energia metaboliz\u00e1vel aparente maior (P = 0,049) do que o PF 2000 e o controle. O aumento do n\u00edvel de inclus\u00e3o de PF aumentou o TAC no peito (P = 0,005), coxa (P = 0,002) e f\u00edgado (P = 0,040). A TAC de carne de peito e coxa atingiu um plat\u00f4 em PF 1000, enquanto a TAC de f\u00edgado continuou a aumentar linearmente. A oxida\u00e7\u00e3o lip\u00eddica na carne e no f\u00edgado foi atrasada linearmente (P \u2264 0,05) com o aumento do n\u00edvel de inclus\u00e3o do PF. A express\u00e3o dos genes SGLT1, GLUT2, PEPT1, BOAT e FABP2 n\u00e3o foi afetada pela inclus\u00e3o do PF. No entanto, a inclus\u00e3o do PF afetou a express\u00e3o de LAT1 (P &lt;0,001) no jejuno e de mTORC1 no duodeno (P = 0,010) e ceco (P = 0,025). Em particular, a express\u00e3o aumentou com o aumento do n\u00edvel de inclus\u00e3o de PF em um padr\u00e3o linear e quadr\u00e1tico, dependendo do segmento intestinal.<\/p>\n<h3>Conclus\u00f5es<\/h3>\n<p>No geral, a inclus\u00e3o de 1000 mg \/ kg do PF na dieta melhorou o rendimento de carca\u00e7a e peito, energia dispon\u00edvel na dieta e TAC geral de carne e f\u00edgado.
